Heat Treatment on U bend parts
Heat Treatment Capabilities
- Scope of Work:
We are fully equipped to perform heat treatment on bends, including a minimum of 150mm of the leg.
Heat Treatment Equipment:
- Our heat treatment equipment is computer-controlled, with advanced data recording capabilities for precise monitoring and quality assurance.
- For stainless steel and special alloy tubes, we use an argon protective atmosphere during the heat treatment process to ensure optimal results.
Types of Heat Treatment Offered:
- Annealing: A process to soften the metal and relieve internal stresses.
- Solution Annealing: A high-temperature heat treatment that dissolves precipitates, enhancing corrosion resistance and improving mechanical properties.
- Stress Relieving: This treatment reduces residual stresses caused by welding or forming processes.

Yes, we offer Emergency Delivery services. We have a wide range of materials available in stock, including:
- Carbon Steel
- Alloy Steel
- Non-Ferrous Metals
