The tube assembly consists of a steel tube, cutting sleeve, and nut. It is a common component in hydraulic systems, used to connect various hydraulic parts and facilitate the transfer of hydraulic oil and gas.

EN 10305-4 COLD DRAWN SEAMLESS HYDRAULIC AND PNEUMATIC CIRCUIT/INSTALLATION TUBES

Hydraulic circuit tubes,one of the main hydraulic system elements,are manufactured from seamless,flexible and high-pressure bendable quality steel tubes that carry the oil/fluid from the storage tank to the receivers and then back to the main tank without leakage.

EN 10305-4 hydraulic circuit tubes are offered in E235+N(St37-4 NBK)or E355+N (St52-4 NBK)quality standards,in 6 meter standard lengths,with straight cut ends,Eddy Current tested,plugged at both ends and with a 3.1 manufacturer test certificate.They are easy to shape as they are normalized and suitable for bending.

ELECTROLYTIC GALVANIZED EXTERIOR SURFACE (CR6 FREE ZN 12 MICRON)

The galvanized hydraulic circuit tubes we manufactured in EN10305-4 (E235+N)and (E355+N)quality standards.Galvanized steel tubes are produced by the manufacturer in accordance with EN ISO 2081:2018 standards with special and various thicknesses of electrolytic coating method with high resistance values that protect the steel from rust and corrosion.Zn 12 micron galvanized pipes have a stronger and longer-lasting steel surface quality against corrosion and rust that may occur due to external environments.
