low fin manufacturer

Manufacturing Process

The fins of low finned tubes are obtained by roll forming the outer surface of a plain tube. Tube and fin consist of same piece. This process results in an increase in strength of the finned sections, whereas the plain ends and lands remain soft. Soft annealing of the tubes is required if they have to be suitable for bending or coiling

Fields of Application and Advantage

Chemical, Petrochemical and Petroleum Industries.Used in condensers, oil coolers, water heaters, heat exchangers, evaporators and heat-recoverers.Economical solution of heat exchanger problems of media with different heat conduction abilities or different current conditions.High chemical, thermal and mechanical resistance, suitable for rough working conditions

application
What's your size range for low finned tubes?

Normally we offer sizes from OD 12.7mm to 25.4mm and wall thickness 1.2mm to 3.05mm

Fin pitch:11 fins/inch,Fin height 1.5mm

Fin pitch 19 fins/inch,Fin height 1.42mm,1.5mm

Fin pitch 26 fins/inch,Fin height 1.42mm,1.5mm

Fin pitch 28 fins/inch,Fin height 0.9mm,1.245mm

Fin pitch 30 fins/inch,Fin height 0.813mm,0.9mm

Fin pitch 36 fins/inch,Fin height 0.66mm

Fin pitch 40 fins/inch ,Fin height 0.9mm

What is your manufacturing standard for non-ferrous low finned tubes?

Our low finned tube ASTM standards are given by B359 for copper and copper alloys, A1012 for austenitic, ferritic and duplex alloys) as well as B891 for titanium.

In case of stainless (austenitic, ferritic and duplex) and titanium tube materials tubes are available both in seamless and welded condition

Do you have any special design service?

Yes,our technical marketing experts are available at any time as contact partners to work together with your experts from the very early product planning stages in order to obtain optimum results for the manufacturing stage and for your application.
