Manufacturing Process
Extruded finned tubes are produced through a specialized pressure-rolling process, where an outer aluminum sleeve is tightly bonded to an inner tube. This process not only securely fuses the two materials but also extrudes fins directly from the aluminum, enhancing heat transfer efficiency.
The aluminum layer fully encapsulates the inner tube, offering exceptional protection against atmospheric corrosion while also making the tubes easy to clean and maintain.
These finned tubes are ideal for environments exposed to corrosive elements and can withstand temperatures up to 300°C, making them perfect for demanding heat exchange applications.
